Crispy Chicken Costoletta

So lastnight I went out to eat with my girlfriend. We decided we would go to cheesecake factory. For those of you who have never been to cheesecake factory their menu is huge. So we sat down in our booth, it always amazes me to see the inside of a cheesecake factory. They have these crazy high vaulted ceilings marble everywhere, it really is a nice restaurant. So we are looking at the menu I think that I want something that is a lot like spaghetti with chicken on it. No that is way too much like spaghetti with chicken I thought. Maybe a steak? No they have far too many pastas and chicken and far too few steak choices to be a good steak restaurant. So I finally settle on a mix, Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane. Not a bad mix, the smashed potatoes and the shrimp were the best part I was completely right about the steak thing, it was really mediocre. However my girlfriend was having a much harder time deciding. it had already been about 10 minutes since the first time the waiter asked for our order. If you have ever asked for help from the waiters at the cheesecake factory, they don’t seem to help you make a decision what so ever. Instead they tell you about more things that you can’t find on their already enormous menu. So you are left with no decision made and no real help. So I started looking, I know her tastes pretty well so something caught my eye, the Crispy Chicken Costoletta. So I read it and said I think you should get it, I told her it was on page 11 and I told her I know you like everything on that meal it just sounds like a perfect fit. So she got it and loved it! The whole point of the story is sometimes customers don’t always know what to do and they don’t always say hey I want to order from you but I’m not sure what to get or what to do. So make suggestions, people love to make their own decisions and not be told what to do. It will definately lead you to a solution to their problem a lot more quickly!
